Contract Lifecycle Management

Kamaia CLM

From the business unit's request to the renewal. Every contract with a status, an owner, a date and a history — and obligations that do not depend on anyone's memory.

The lifecycle

Seven stages, one source of truth.

Each stage has an owner, a date and a record. Nothing moves through a side conversation by email.

For in-house teams

Stop being the bottleneck.

CLM makes visible what is slow and why. Nine times out of ten the answer is not legal: it is the incomplete request, the approver who never replied, or the counterparty sitting on the draft.

  • Requests arrive complete, and half the back-and-forth disappears.
  • Low-risk contracts run on a fast track with a closed template.
  • Waiting time is attributed to whoever actually consumed it.
  • The board sees volume, cycle time and risk as numbers.

Questions

About Kamaia CLM.

We have hundreds of old contracts in folders. Can they be migrated?

Yes, and it is usually where the return shows first. Migrate live contracts with renewal dates in the next twelve months first; the archive follows.

Does the system draft contracts on its own?

It produces a first draft from approved templates and flags departures from agreed positions. The legal judgment stays with the lawyer.

How does electronic signature work?

Through integration with signature providers. Where signature is handwritten, the date is recorded and the scanned original uploaded — same audit trail.

How long until it is live?

With one or two contract types and one team: four to eight weeks, including migration and training.

Bring one of your own contracts.

We run the full lifecycle on a contract type your organisation actually uses. It is the fastest way to know whether this fits.
