The Kamaia platform

Two products, one foundation.

CLM handles the contracts. LPM handles the work — intake, matters, deadlines and cost. Together they cover an in-house legal operation end to end.

Choosing

Which one answers your problem?

The answer is usually in whichever sentence annoys you most in the morning.

If your problem is…ProductWhy
«I cannot find the latest version of this contract.»CLMOne repository, with versions, parties, dates and negotiation status.
«We renewed for another year by accident.»CLMAlerts for auto-renewal and notice periods, each with a named owner.

«Requests arrive by phone, with no context.»LPMOne front door, with a form per request type, priority and a stated turnaround.
«I only learn the work overran when the firm invoices.»LPMInstructions carry a scope and a fee cap, and spend is tracked as it happens.
«I cannot justify another lawyer on the team.»LPMVolume, turnaround and load per person — the figures a board asks for.
«Deadlines live in people's heads.»LPMDeadlines with an owner, a backup and automatic escalation.
«I do not know which clients are profitable.» (firms)LPMProfitability by client and matter, against the real cost of the team on it.

Shared foundation

What both products share.

Entities and people

Group companies, business units, counterparties and clients, recorded once.

Documents and versions

Full history, with side-by-side comparison.

Deadlines and alerts

Owner, backup and automatic escalation.

Permissions

Access by team and by matter, on least privilege.

Reporting

Management dashboards and export to spreadsheet.

Audit trail

Actions recorded in a form that cannot be altered.

Roll-out

Live in weeks, not quarters.

One team, one contract type, real data. We only widen once the first group is running on its own.

  1. Configuration

Teams, permissions, contract types, templates and approval routes.

  2. Migration

Live contracts, open matters and counterparties, with the data validated.

  3. Training

Short sessions per user profile, with your own data already in the system.

  4. Support

Close support through the first weeks and an adoption review at 30 days.

Security and data

Where your documents live.

Where is the data hosted?

On dedicated hosting, with the region agreed with you and the option of running on your own infrastructure. Location and processing terms are fixed in the contract.

Who can see what?

Access is granted by team and by matter, and matters can be marked restricted. Nobody sees what they were not given, and every access is logged.

Can we export everything if we leave?

Yes. Full export of data and documents in open formats is a contractual right, not an exit negotiation.

Does it integrate with what we already use?

Email, document storage, electronic signature, and an API for finance systems. The specific integrations are agreed during configuration.

See it with your own case.

We prepare the walkthrough around a contract or matter type your team handles every month, so the conversation is about your work rather than our features.
